Maxstream proprietary RF 2.4 GHz wireless radio modems for long and short range communications
Some data communications applications defy cabling. Whether you’re facing long
distances, impossible cable routing or frequent re-location of devices, the simplicity,
functionality and reliability of B&B Electronics’ wireless products is the answer.
These radio modems are easy to install and transparent to use.
Need to reach up to 16 km (10 miles)? The new 24XStream series of 2.4 GHz
stand-alone RF modems provides outstanding range in low cost wireless radio
modems. Choose RS-232/422/485 serial, USB or Ethernet compatible versions.
Models are available in an anodized stand-alone aluminum case or as a board
component for inclusion in your product. This affordable RF modem outperforms
others costing much more.
You will get quick set-up and instant RF communications with the 24XStream
plug-and-communicate default configuration. This is a true peer-to-peer network -
no need to configure a "Master" radio. Transparent mode supports your existing
software applications and legacy systems. Use standard AT commands and/or fast
binary commands for reading and/or setting modem parameters. 24XStream
products include a free X-CTU software package that facilitates range testing,
host setup and modem configuration.

Long range, low bandwidth wireless communications for worldwide use.
Range: Indoors up to 183 m with included dipole. Outdoors up to 5 km with included
dipole. Outdoors up to 16 km with optional high gain antenna.
