Jumper Boxes

Make wiring in an industrial cabinet a cinch. Connections can be made easily and quickly without special tools. Install them once--then you can replace components with a simple unplug/re-plug.

Jumper boxes allow you to assemble custom interfaces. Solder pads allow you to connect supplied jumper wires in any combination you need. Complete with snap-on cover and all hardware. DB9 M-M, M-F, F-F; DB15 M-F; DB25 M-M, M-F, F-F; DB9 to DB25 M-M, M-F; DB25 to DB9 M-M, M-F.

Install these once, then you can replace components with a simple unplug-replug, rather than laboriously unfastening and refastening numerous wires individually on terminal blocks. Saves errors, too. Each pin on the DB connector has a corresponding marked terminal block, plus a cable shield/ground terminal. Molded housing clamps to 32 or 35mm DIN rail. Terminal blocks take up to 14 AWG. Maximum load: 125VAC, 150VDC, 1A.
