Parallel Express Card

Designed with PCI Express (PCIe) power control and design core rather than using USB controller interfaces, Quatech's SPPXP-100 parallel ExpressCard adds one true EPP parallel port to your laptop. As the next generation of I/O expansion for notebooks, ExpressCards support PCI Express Base Specification Revision 1.1a.

Quatech 34mm Expresscards can be used in either 34 or 54mm Expresscard slots. As an added feature, Quatech includes their Model ADP-XP54 Expresscard 54mm adapter for 34mm cards with every shipment to improve fit and durability of the 34mm cards in the larger 54mm slots. Adding the Model ADP-XP54 to the 34mm cards improves the ability of the card to withstand normal or accidental stress and not dislodge from the slot. Quatech's Expresscards provide slot flexibilty with capability of being inserted and used in both 34mm and 54mm Expresscard formats
