Versatile and Reliable Compression Technology
VPort series Video Servers adopt two of the most advanced compression technologies in use today.
MPEG4 is the new cutting edge compression technology for efficient network transmission, and
MJPEG is the most mature compression technology with the best performance for total cost of
ownership. These two compression algorithms give users the ability to choose the most appropriate
video format for their application.
Instant and Stable Digitization operation
With the help of an industrially enhanced Real Time Operating System (RTOS) and powerful Digital
Signal Processing (DSP), the VPort series Video Servers provide a quicker, incredibly stable digitization
operation.
Full Video Image Operability
VPort series video servers have a built-in, user-friendly web server for video capture and PTZ camera
control. In addition, MOXA SoftDVR™ IP Surveillance Software provides a more intelligent and
easy-to-use GUI with advanced functions, such as Video Motion Detection (VMD), I/O sensor, and
alarm control.
